30-Minute Consultation

This 30-minute consultation is ideal for addressing a few questions. We’ll focus on your main concern and explore practical solutions together.
60-Minute Consultation
$75
This consultation length is perfect for an in-depth conversation regarding your little one’s sleep struggles. We will work together to create a personalized plan to address your concerns. Topics such as newborn sleep basics, sleep training 101, toddler transitions and more can be covered in a 60-minute consultation.

Two exclusive bedtime video support calls, providing real-time, hands-on support.
An additional 60 minutes of consultation time, valid for 12 months from your initial consultation.

This live Zoom session takes place during your baby’s bedtime routine, so I can guide you through the process as it happens. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer reassurance, and help you respond in ways that align with your chosen approach.

Choose this if you want ongoing guidance while implementing your baby’s sleep plan. Voxer is a free walkie-talkie-style app where you can send me voice notes and texts anytime. I’ll respond within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), offering expert feedback, encouragement, and troubleshooting as things unfold.

Hi there! I’m Mallory, the founder of The Baby Sleep Haven. I started this work because I’ve been where you are, exhausted and wondering why something as basic as sleep felt so hard.
As a first-time mom, I was overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice. I just wanted to do what was best for my baby, but I constantly felt like I was falling short. I remember thinking one sleepless night, “Maybe I wasn’t meant to be a mom.” That moment has stayed with me, because I know how painful it is to feel that way.
What I didn’t know then is that there is a way through, and that’s what I now help families find.
My approach to baby sleep is responsive, research-supported, built around your unique baby, and it works. I’ll meet you where you are and help you get where you want to be. Motherhood can be what you dreamed of.
