My journey into infant sleep began over 15 years ago when I realized new parents were missing support when they needed it most - during the newborn phase. My own child was soon born, and I felt the full effect of what a weeks of poor sleep does to a person. I began studying, learning, and training in all aspects of sleep - not just infant sleep.
I knew I wanted to create a sleep training program that was designed around the science of why we sleep, how our bodies prepare us for sleep, and the hormones needed for sleep. If I could understand the core of sleep, I could create a system that worked for every baby, not just some babies and not just for some parents.
I have perfected my skills in Newborn Care, Postpartum Support, and Sleep Training and I have worked with hundreds of families, helping each of them find ease in feeding, day-time play, and peaceful sleep at night.
A I began to grow, and more families began asking for my support I knew I couldn't do this alone. I began training the best talent around. I taught them everything I knew about the science of sleep and showed them The Sleep Haven Method.
I have spent the better part of almost two decades curating a team of trained baby specialist to help support your family through the newborn and infant phase. I want you to succeed, and our team will work with you every step of the way.
